Simply stated below is how to lose weight in a way,
which will keep you “engaged and interested” so that
you keep going.
1. Read Every Wt. Loss Idea that comes across your path.
Why? It keeps your mind in the direction of what you want.
2. Understand why #1 works to help us.
3. Read, buy, borrow, every cookbook and magazine that looks good to you.
Why? It keeps your mind in the direction of what you want.
4. Understand why #3 works to help us.
5. Read as many books on diet and wt.loss that seem to catch your eye.
6. Understand why #5 works to help us.
7. You can read my books and everyone else’s books. They all help us to lose weight.
They all help us to lose weight not necessarily by following the many different and
diverse programs, but by keeping our minds entertained on what we want.
8. Wt.Loss is not about losing weight. Wt.Loss is about having something that we want.
9. The better we get at understanding how to get what we want, the easier having our bodies
the way we want, works for us.
10. I did not want to write another weight loss book. The one I’ve already written works
for many, as it did for me. But along the way to my own success, were books by many others.
I entertained myself with pictures of foods that I love. I entertained myself with reading stories
of success by others. I entertained myself with ideas of things to eat, that I liked, which
helped me to lose weight.
11. I was always reading and looking at things which helped to keep my mind on having
what I wanted. And what was that? Size 9.
12. For my own success, I preferred Atkins and later South Beach added some new ideas to
what I was doing for maintenance. I prefer Low Carb to keep my Size 9.
However, as I mention in “17 Seconds to Wt.Loss” I also had moments of counting calories,
instead of carbs. Some days I would do both.
Point: It doesn’t matter how we do what we are doing. The thing that matters is that we find
entertaining ways to “keep our mind and heart” on what we want.
The only other suggestion I might make, is to consider the ‘dynamics of sabotage’.
Once we see why things show up to seemingly try and thwart our success, it no longer threatens us.

Vegetables and Fruits are her source of Carbs. Proteins eggs, meats, fish and nuts.
Secret Weapon? Cider Vinegar. (Note: SJ also has used apple cider vinegar for many
years for both wt.loss, maintenance, detoxifier, appetite suppressent, as mentioned in the
